Modz Studio stands behind every product we make. If something arrives damaged, cracked, broken, or you need help with your order, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
We aim to respond to all support messages within 24 hours.
30-Day Product Warranty
Modz Studio products include a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for damage, cracks, broken parts, or clear production issues.
If your product arrives damaged or something is clearly wrong, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of the packaging if shipping damage is visible
- A short description of what happened
90-Day Spare Parts Support
Small replacement parts may be covered for up to 90 days from delivery. This applies to eligible parts that break, come loose, or need replacement under normal use.
When possible, Modz Studio may provide spare parts free of charge. Depending on the situation, customers may be responsible for shipping costs.
Spare Parts Included
Some Modz Studio products may include spare parts in the package when applicable. These are included to help customers quickly replace small pieces if needed.
What Is Covered
- Items damaged during shipping
- Cracked or broken parts on arrival
- Clear production or assembly issues
- Eligible small parts that break under normal use
- Support for setup, product questions, and order questions
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by dropping the product
- Damage caused by forcing parts together
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Damage caused by modifying the product
- Normal 3D printed layer lines or surface texture
- Minor cosmetic differences from handmade production
- Customer-selected wrong colors, materials, text, or uploaded designs
- Damage caused by incompatible devices, cables, chargers, or accessories
3D Printed Product Notice
Modz Studio products are custom-made and may include 3D printed parts. Small layer lines, texture differences, minor color variation, and small handmade differences are normal and are not considered defects unless they affect the function of the product.
Support Turnaround
We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours. Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, high order volume, or while custom orders are in production.
How We Resolve Issues
Depending on the issue, Modz Studio may offer one of the following solutions:
- Setup help or troubleshooting
- Replacement spare parts
- Replacement of a damaged part
- Replacement of the full product if necessary
- Another reasonable solution depending on the situation
