Most Modz Studio products are custom-made and built to order. Because every order is individually printed, assembled, and quality checked, processing times may vary depending on order volume and customization options.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days. During periods of high demand or for highly customized orders, processing times may extend beyond this estimate.
Estimated production times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other available shipping providers.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout when available.
Domestic Shipping
Orders shipped within the United States generally arrive within a few business days after they have been dispatched, depending on the shipping method selected and the customer’s location.
International Shipping
Modz Studio proudly ships internationally to many countries around the world.
International customers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- VAT or taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Any additional fees charged by their country
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price unless specifically stated otherwise.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control.
Modz Studio is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather delays
- Customs delays
- Packages marked as delivered
- Stolen packages
- Shipping interruptions outside our control
If your package appears lost or delayed, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping box
- The shipping label
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
