Please read these terms before using Modz Studio or placing an order.

1. About Modz Studio

Modz Studio creates and sells custom-made products, including 3D printed charging docks, AYN Thor dock accessories, picture packs, NFC business keychains, NFC business cards, and other personalized products.

2. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Many Modz Studio products are made specifically for each customer. This may include custom colors, materials, textures, images, uploaded files, logos, text, engraving, picture packs, NFC setup, or other personalized options.

Because these products are custom-made, all sales are generally final once production has started.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout, including product type, color, material, texture, uploaded files, custom text, shipping address, and contact information.

Modz Studio is not responsible for mistakes entered by the customer, including incorrect spelling, wrong uploaded files, wrong color choices, or incorrect shipping addresses.

4. Uploaded Images, Logos, and Artwork

If you upload images, logos, artwork, names, text, or other files, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Belongs to someone else without permission
• Contains illegal, hateful, threatening, or abusive material
• Violates any law or regulation

Modz Studio may refuse or cancel an order if uploaded content is inappropriate, illegal, or creates a legal concern.

5. Product Appearance and 3D Printing Variation

Modz Studio products are handmade, assembled, and/or 3D printed. Small cosmetic differences may occur between product photos and the final item.

Normal variation may include:

• Layer lines
• Small surface texture differences
• Minor color variation
• Slight fitment differences
• Small marks from support removal or assembly

These are normal with custom 3D printed products and are not considered defects unless they affect the function of the product.

6. Production Times

Production times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, custom options, printer availability, and product complexity.

Any production estimate shown on the website is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

7. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Modz Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, customs delays, import fees, taxes, duties, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Modz Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Because many products are custom-made, Modz Studio does not offer standard returns or refunds once production has started.

If your order arrives damaged, cracked, broken, or clearly defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Spare parts may be covered for up to 90 days from delivery depending on the product and issue.

10. Support

Modz Studio provides customer support for product questions, order questions, setup help, replacement parts, and warranty-related issues.

We aim to respond to support messages within 24 hours when possible.

11. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products safely and as intended. Modz Studio is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, dropping, forcing parts, modifying the product, using incompatible accessories, or using the product outside its intended purpose.

12. NFC Products

NFC products are designed to store or link to digital information such as websites, profiles, contact pages, business pages, or other customer-provided links.

Customers are responsible for making sure any links, profiles, or information connected to their NFC product are accurate and appropriate.

13. Intellectual Property

Modz Studio branding, product photos, website content, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, and custom presentation are owned by Modz Studio unless otherwise stated.

Some product designs may be produced under commercial rights, licensing, permission, or collaboration with original creators. Modz Studio does not claim ownership of third-party models, brands, devices, trademarks, or original intellectual property that belongs to others.

14. Third-Party Brands

Product names, device names, logos, and brand names mentioned on this website may belong to their respective owners.

Modz Studio is not officially affiliated with AYN, Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, or any other third-party brand unless clearly stated.

15. Limitation of Liability

Modz Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, shipping carriers, third-party services, or customer-provided files.

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

16. Changes to These Terms

Modz Studio may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
